The direct workforce consists of mechanical, electrical and electronic technicians and engineers, trained in the automotive sector, in reverse engineering, in rapid and virtual prototyping, in the design and construction of machinery and systems.
The management team is based on the important contribution made by the large female component, who have always been involved in the business context to give strength and vigor to the management activity.
EKD has always believed in the importance of giving space to young people and the new generations: for years our company has been committed to training promising young people. The development of the skills of the “new generation” represents a two-way exchange: we offer the possibility to learn new skills and they provide us with enthusiasm, energy, new ideas and creativity.
For this reason, for years, we have been collaborating with schools and training institutions by involving students in professionalizing paths through lectures, internships and stages.
