We perform laser cutting of sheet metal, 3D plasma cutting of tubulars and profiles
We manufacture mechanical carpentry components with no limit to the types of alloys: carbon steels, stainless steels, aluminum alloys. Our production processes include laser cutting, bending, calendering, mig-mag welding, tig, turning and milling, machining on machining centers
Other processes required to obtain the finished product such as heat treatments, cataphoresis surface finishing operations and / or powder coating or special surface finishes on stainless steel are performed at sub-suppliers.
We create finished plants or machines / equipment on customer request by collaborating closely with them from the very early stages of design, often in a coordinated co-design regime.
We also offer ourselves as sole suppliers because, having developed considerable experience from design to turnkey delivery of the product, palletized according to specifications, we have a global vision of the production and management process, thus allowing the reference customers to concentrate on their key skills.
Always attentive to new technologies and methodologies relating to manufacturing production, the experience in the most varied workshop processes has grown over the years, supported by expert technicians who, following a careful feasibility study, help to solve the technical problems of each particular by proposing, where necessary, any alternatives or suggestions based on the equipment available or, alternatively, the creation of special equipment for the production of unavailable processes.
In recent years, the company has been investing in the renewal of the machinery and in increasing capacity, to offer ever greater production competence.
The Turning and Milling processes were implemented, being able to propose winning solutions regarding the combination of quality, functionality and cost of the product.
